Before I ever considered writing, I was an avid reader. I like to read across all genres, and I even read children’s stories with my book club. Below you’ll find a few books, in no particular order, that I wish I could have given more than five stars and you can always find out what I’m currently reading by finding me on GoodReads.
The Escorts Tale by M.J. Edwards – I loved this book for its unflinching honesty. It’s a contemporary MMF menage love story that lives with me as an example of how to write emotions.
Anything Once by Meka James – I loved this book for its deep dive into a devolving marriage and the issues that can fray a happily ever after. Beautifully written second chance romance.
Hearts of the Missing by Carol Potenza – I loved this book for its desert setting, it’s spooky edges, and clever mystery. It also has hot sexual tension between three of the characters although it’s not technically a romance. Well-written secondary characters.
Hell Hath No Fury by Annabelle Anders – I loved this book for how uncomfortable it made me. It’s a historical romance where the clear lines of villain and hero are a bit blurred until the end. Super sexy too.
